Shipping policy

1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only:

  • United States & Canada: 7–20 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–20 business days
  • European Union: 10–25 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
  • Middle East: 10–30 business days
  • Rest of World: 15–35 business days

Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier conditions, or other factors outside our control.

3. TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Animao Hadiora ships worldwide. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Regional guidelines:

  • European Union: Orders above €150 may be subject to import duties and taxes.
  • United Kingdom: Orders above £135 may be subject to import VAT and duties.
  • United States: Orders above $800 may be subject to customs duties.
  • Australia: Orders above AUD $1,000 may be subject to GST and duties.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5. LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hadialuxestudio9@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Animao Hadiora is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
